Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the trixelaryzjrax.world website and our candlemaking workshop services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services Description
Trixelaryzjrax provides candlemaking workshops, custom candle design services, and related products through our Amsterdam studio. Our services include:
- Group and private candlemaking workshops
- Custom candle design and production
- Gift vouchers for workshop experiences
- Corporate and event candle services
Consumer Rights and Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), you have a statutory right of withdrawal under Dutch and EU consumer law when you enter into a distance contract (e.g. booking or ordering online). The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day after the contract is concluded or, for goods, from the day after you receive the product. You do not need to give a reason. To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by post or email) before the period expires. This right does not apply to: (a) services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period where you have given prior consent to start performance and acknowledged that you will lose the right once we have performed; (b) customised or made-to-order goods; (c) gift vouchers and similar. Our workshop and custom-order terms (cancellation, rescheduling, refunds) apply in addition to or instead of the statutory withdrawal right where the law allows. Booking and Payment
Workshop bookings require a deposit to secure your reservation. The specific deposit amount and payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Full payment is required before participation in any workshop. We accept standard payment methods as specified during the booking process.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days receive credit for a future session. Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of payment. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Workshop Participation
Participants must follow safety instructions provided by our workshop facilitators. Trixelaryzjrax provides all necessary materials and safety equipment. Participants acknowledge that candlemaking involves hot wax and open flames and agree to exercise appropriate caution.
Intellectual Property
All content on trixelaryzjrax.world, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Trixelaryzjrax and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Product Ownership
Candles created during workshops become the property of the participant upon completion of the session. Custom order products become the property of the client upon full payment and delivery.
Liability Limitations
Trixelaryzjrax is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. Participants are responsible for following safety guidelines during workshops.
Website Use
You agree to use trixelaryzjrax.world only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website's operation, access unauthorized areas, or use the site to transmit harmful content.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, including where applicable the rules on consumer contracts (Burgerlijk Wetboek Book 7 and implementing EU directives). Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the courts of the Netherlands; for consumers resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence may also apply. The place of jurisdiction for business clients is Amsterdam.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
